Twin Fin Beach Cooler

Ingredients:
- 50ml Twin Fin Spiced Rum
- Sprig Fresh Mint
- ½ Lime
- Soda water
- Brown sugar
Instructions:
Muddle lime and sugar in a highball glass, add Twin Fin and mint with lots of ice, stir and top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime for the perfect summer cocktail.
